1) Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website or engaging Azra Tech for services, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2) Scope of Services

We provide custom PC builds, repairs, upgrades, diagnostics, and select software/app development. Software work is scoped separately from hardware services.

3) Estimates, Approvals & Payments

  • Diagnostics: A required first step for troubleshooting. The diagnostic fee is $55 and is non-refundable once performed:contentReference[oaicite:1]{index=1}.
  • Estimates: After diagnostics, we provide a written estimate. Work begins only after your approval.
  • Parts: For repairs, upgrades, and builds, parts may be billed upfront. Once parts are ordered, that portion is non-refundable (see Refund Policy).
  • Invoices: Payment terms will be stated on the invoice/estimate. Late or declined payments may delay service or pickup.

4) Appointments, Turnaround & Communication

Turnaround times are estimates, not guarantees. We’ll communicate material changes as soon as reasonable. Missed appointments may require rescheduling and/or a fee if stated in your estimate.

5) Client-Supplied Parts

If you provide parts, you’re responsible for their compatibility and condition. We are not liable for defects, incompatibilities, or failures of client-supplied components.

6) Data, Backups & Loss

Please back up your data before service. While we take care, hardware can fail and data may be lost. Azra Tech is not responsible for data loss or corruption. Data recovery is a separate service if available.

7) Warranties

  • Parts: Covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, if any.
  • Labor: A limited labor warranty may be specified on your invoice. Misuse, physical damage, liquid damage, or third-party modifications void warranties.

8) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Azra Tech and its personnel will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

10) Website & Intellectual Property

All site content, logos, and materials are owned by Azra Tech or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute without permission.

12) Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict of law principles.

13) Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.
