Refund Policy

Diagnostics

The diagnostic fee is $55 and is non-refundable once the diagnostic is performed, as it includes technician time and basic cleaning:contentReference[oaicite:3]{index=3}.

Repairs & Upgrades

  • Parts: When parts are ordered for your job, that portion becomes non-refundable once the order is placed (vendor return policies may apply).
  • Labor: If you cancel after approving the estimate and work has begun, completed labor is non-refundable. If work has not begun, labor may be refundable.
  • DOA/Defective Parts: We will assist with manufacturer warranty claims where applicable.

Custom PC Builds

  • Parts Payment: Parts are typically paid up front. Once ordered, parts are non-refundable except per supplier policy.
  • Build Labor: Build labor is non-refundable once assembly has started.
  • Changes to Spec: We’ll provide a revised quote for approved changes; additional parts/labor will be billed accordingly.

Software & App Work

  • Discovery/Scoping: May be billed separately and is non-refundable once delivered.
  • Milestones: For fixed-bid or milestone projects, payments made for completed milestones are non-refundable.
  • Source Code Ownership: Ownership/rights are per your agreement/estimate upon final payment.

No-Shows & Cancellations

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us as early as possible. Any specific fees will be listed on your estimate or invoice.

How to Request a Refund

Email hello@azratech.local with your name, invoice number, and reason for the request. We’ll review within a reasonable time and reply with next steps.
